Generally, all goods sold are non-refundable.

What’s your return policy?

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return on wrongly sent item(s).

To be eligible for a return, we only accept item(s) that is:

  • wrongly sent, AND
  • in unused condition.

We also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I place a return on wrongly sent items?

To return an item, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at surenity.my on IG with your order number and specify which product(s) that is wrongly sent. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to mail those items to our returns center.

Damages & Defects

We ensure that your products are safely & carefully wrapped thus we are not responsible for any damages & defects caused by mishandlings by the courier.

Kindly inspect your items within 24 hours after receiving. Any requests beyond this period will be deemed invalid.

We also do not accept returns on sale items.

Customers must ensure that all item(s) being returned are wrapped safely & carefully, exactly how you received the items in the first place, within the stipulated period. If there are any damages we face upon receiving, you may not be eligible for any refunds.

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our returns center & for inspection. Once received, we will initiate to resend the correct item(s) / process any refunds back to you.
